What about a poor frugal section?

Asking this with a friend in mind. What about starting a section for people who are poor and need frugal ways to stretch their dollars?
 
I'm all for this too but I would call it "Low Budget Frugality" or something like that to avoid negative connotations from the word "poor." In today's world someone would probably object to the word poor.
