Not renewing my Prime membership

After Amazon decided to raise prices again, I decided to figure out how many of my orders in the past year were over $25. At $25+ you get free shipping, it just may not be 2 day shipping. Then I looked at which orders I really had to have in 2 days. Only 3 the entire year. So I'm really not saving anything using Prime, and decided to let it drop when renewal came up.

Anyone else done this? Did you regret it?

Whole Foods savings
Early access to lightning deals
Prime Reading
Prime Photos

plus more stuff.

depending on whether you benfit from those, there's more to the value than just shipping savings. I'd weigh all of it if I were to consider canceling.

I don't blame you. Not many years ago it was only $79. Its getting harder and harder to justify membership.

I still get enough value from membership to keep mine going. But just barely. If they raise it another $20 I'll have to stop.
