Ice cream tip!

Here's a handy ice cream tip my neighbor told me.

Have you ever noticed that when you first open a container of ice cream its nice and soft, even if its been in the freezer for a few days? But after you open it and take out a serving, it gets hard as a rock!

If you put the ice cream container in a large ziplock freezer bag before putting it back in the freezer, and squeeze out most of the air, it stays nice and soft.

Interesting tip. I've always had to put the ice cream in the microwave for about 10 seconds. This is a lot more convenient.
