Back taxes question

I owe the IRS some money for 2017, just got done filing taxes after filing extensions. The problem is I don't have the cash to spare right now. Do they take payments and how do I got about setting that up?
 
They will work with you. There's a form you fill out with how much you think you can pay them monthly and they either approve or tell you what the minimum is they will accept. They charge interest but its a reasonable rate.
