AT&T raised bill without notice

I logged into my ATT account to pay my Internet bill and the monthly rate went up by $3. They gave no notice of this. I'm planning to call them about this, how should I handle it? I am currently month to month with no contract. Should I threaten to leave?

I'd call! They aren't going to lose a customer over $3 and will take it off.

You too, huh? They've done this to my wireless phone bill 3 times this year, maybe its time for me to call and threaten to leave them!

The problem is if its part of phone package, ATT doesn't have you on contracts anymore, so they can raise rates anytime! Thats the downside but the upside is you can leave any time!
