Article: The Wage Gap Revisited

I wonder how much pregnancy, children, unpaid leave, differences in degree, career choice, job selection within a career, etc factor into it. Its really hard to get solid information there are so many factors.
 
I wonder how gains or losses in the wage gag tracks to the overall job market, wages and unemployment rate?
